Shipping policy
1. Delivery Location
We currently deliver only within Bangalore, Karnataka.
Orders are delivered directly from our store to your chosen delivery address using our own delivery agents.
At this time, we do not ship outside Bangalore.
2. Shipping Method
We use our own delivery agents for local deliveries in Bangalore.
This allows us to manage the delivery process more closely and helps us deliver your fish as fresh as possible from our store to your doorstep.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping is FREE for all eligible orders within our Bangalore delivery area.
There are no separate delivery charges added to your order unless clearly communicated to you before checkout.
4. Order Processing & Delivery Time
We prepare and dispatch orders according to our daily delivery schedule.
Order before 7:00 PM
Place your order before 7:00 PM and we will prepare your order for delivery the following morning.
Expected delivery: Before 10:00 AM the next morning
We operate every day.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you the tracking information in the morning.
Depending on the delivery system used, tracking information may be provided through:
- SMS
- A tracking link
You can use the tracking link to check the status of your delivery.
6. Delivery Issues and Delays
We understand that timely delivery is especially important when ordering fresh fish.
If there is a delivery issue, unexpected delay, incorrect address, difficulty contacting the customer, or any other problem affecting your delivery, our team will contact you and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If our delivery agent cannot locate the address or contact you, delivery may be delayed.
